The series incorporates elements of numerous genres, mostly drawing from science fantasy. In the process, Shu has to deal with the burden his ability puts on his shoulders and the horrific mystery of his past. He is then thrown into the conflict between a quasi-governmental organization known as the GHQ and a resistance group called Funeral Parlor which aims to restore Japan's independence from the GHQ. The story revolves around Shu Ouma, a high school boy who inadvertently obtains an ability called "The Power of the Kings" that enables him to draw out items called "Voids" from other people. For those who don't know: Guilty Crown (ギルティクラウン Giruti Kuraun?) is a 2011 Japanese anime television series produced by Production I.G which aired on Fuji TV's noitamina program block from October 2011. It is revealed that Shuichiro Keido is Haruka's older brother.About the Song: The Void has been inspired by the Love Story of Shu Ouma and Inori Yuzuriha from Guilty Crown.Tsugumi does not refer to Haruka as 'Mama Haruka' in the English dub.Her maiden name Keido means "stem, stalk" (茎) ( kei) and "path" (道) ( do).Haruka's surname Ouma means "cherry blossom" (桜) ( ou) and "full, fullness, enough, satisfy" (満) ( ma).The name Haruka means "spring" (春) ( haru) and "summer" (夏) ( ka).She spoke to Segai Waltz about herself, describing to him that her love was a harsh sort. She helps Shuichiro Keido's plot to remove Shu's Power of Kings in order to make free him from the "fate of the king". She is seen again in a meeting with some of the GHQ members as they talk about defective drug that was developed accidentally during the creation of the Apocalypse Virus vaccine. However, it is not shown that she knew it was her who caused that light. Haruka is seen watching the bright light that shot up through the sky, which was a result of Shu Ouma's newly awakened power. Despite pretty much abandoning Shu, she does love him dearly and started crying when he regained his powers. She is willing to answer the door in her sleepwear and she is very playful with Shu Ouma where she is very defensive of Shu saying she must protect his future, even willing to have her arm get cut off in order to save him from the king's power. At home she only wears her sleepwear, which includes her bra, her panties and a nightgown, even around company. At work, she is very professional who usually stays at work for most of the week. Haruka seems to have two sides of her personality a serious side and a playful side.
In an official party, she wore a wine red-violet colored gown with matching earrings. At home, her attire consists of lavender colored bra and panties. She is usually wearing a pair of red earrings along.She usually wore a magenta top and blue jeans with lab coat, but her attire varied.Haruka is a young beautiful woman with wavy back-length brown hair and brown eyes.
